Adnams Bitter

Brewed a 25L batch of Adnams bitter ("Brew your own British real ale at home" by Wheeler & Protz, P. 78 ) using the water treatment (Brupaks CRS and pH 5.2 buffer) suggested on this site. Also used Whirlfloc instead of Irish Moss, which gave a really good hot break and the best cold break I've ever had. At present I'm only cooling by submersion in a cold bath (take 2-3 hours!) but I'm planning on making an immersion wort chiller for my next brew. Also used Safale S-04 for the first time and was very impressed by its vigour and sedimentation.
I'd like to get a rotating sparging arm but they seem rarer than hen's teeth. Anyone know where I could get one?

Aleman - thanks for the info. I hadn't tried there.
Mysterio - thanks for the offer. I mash using a Brupaks insulated mash tun which is 9.5" wide. Would your sparging arm be OK for that? Also how much would you want for it?

And this is Dave Lines
25L
3000g Pale Malt
125g Crystal
60g Roast Barley
500g Brewing Sugar (???)
60g Fuggles (90 Minutes)
30g Goldings (90 Minutres)
15g Goldings (15 minutes)
10g Goldings (Dry Hopped)
I've brewed this one on a couple of occasions, and people have commented that it has the authentic Adnams Twang.
The Adnams yeast is pretty good, although I believe Whitelabs have removed from the Platinum strains this year (And I wanted it for my Tally Ho! brew

)
