Modified Referendum Ale

Had a busy time of late brewing (6 brews including a Ginger Ale)and come to the end of my stocks , so I decided to try a Modified Referendum Ale (last Friday 4th)

Pale Malt 5.100
Crystal Malt 0.300
Torrified Wheat 0.300

Kent Goldings 90 mins
Progress 15 mins

Following taken from Calum's Brew Efficiency Spreadsheet

Summary

Notes
1st run off from mash tun 1.086 @ 55c
Sparged to 1.015 temp corrected to 20C
Straight from boiler 1.082 @20C

Fast fermentation today 1.010
Will leave until tomorrow to squeeze another point or two

I got an "efficiency into boiler" figure of 93% on my last brew, ,maybe the warm weather or something :?
