09.07.08 Fast Ales for Wales

Looking at the following;

5000g Marris Otter
250 g Caramalt
250g T Wheat
150g Crystal
50g Chocolate malt

35 g Challenger 7.1% 30IBU
40g EKG 4.2% steep at 80'

Hopefully will get it done tomorrow and be drinking it in Wales early August... [-o<

This will be my penultimate brew before selling my kit and going to NZ :D

mashing now at 65.5 - all looking good!

Only had 30g of EKG so going to add 12g Bramling X that I had left over in for aroma - any thoughts on this??

All done - 23L at 1.044
