Looking at the following;

5000g Marris Otter
250 g Caramalt
250g T Wheat
150g Crystal
50g Chocolate malt

35 g Challenger 7.1% 30IBU
40g EKG 4.2% steep at 80'

Hopefully will get it done tomorrow and be drinking it in Wales early August...

This will be my penultimate brew before selling my kit and going to NZ

Looks like a nice recipe, hope it goes well.

Of to NZ eh? Not thinking of stopping brewing though?

mashing now at 65.5 - all looking good!

Only had 30g of EKG so going to add 12g Bramling X that I had left over in for aroma - any thoughts on this??

All done - 23L at 1.044
