Much better

I love the brewery. Though one question how do you manage to keep so many KK's full my barrels empty almost faster than I can fill them.

do you keep the atc800 probe just in the fridge and not the wort during fermentation

Hi
I got the probe right next to the FV, almost touching it. Should I keep it in the wort? This is the ATC fridges 1st brew so I'm just guessing here

I think it is better to have the probe in the fermenter as then you have the actual temperature of your ferment and can be controlled better, i stand to be corrected

I have just set up my first atc800 fridge also thats why i picked up on it

Looks like you had an excellent brew morning with some great pics too!
I'm soon to atempt this...
Just got two cheap fridges off eBay, one for ATC800 controlled fermentation/conditioning and one for serving from corni kegs.
Can't wait, photos can be so inspiring!
