Looks a good one, though may I ask what your thinking is on the Hallertauer? The Perle aroma hops at the end could give a sweet spicy finish to the bittering of the First Gold, but the Hallertauer could be swamped by the other two hops, especially the Perle, which I think is a more intensely flavoured type of Hallertauer.
Anyway, just my tuppenny worth. You could use the Hallertauer for something else or chuck them in if you want to get them out of the freezer.
