I hope the hops work out ok.
Don't know why I decided to use those ones. Guess they had been sitting in the freezer for a while and are still un-opened!!!

Looks a good one, though may I ask what your thinking is on the Hallertauer? The Perle aroma hops at the end could give a sweet spicy finish to the bittering of the First Gold, but the Hallertauer could be swamped by the other two hops, especially the Perle, which I think is a more intensely flavoured type of Hallertauer.

Anyway, just my tuppenny worth. You could use the Hallertauer for something else or chuck them in if you want to get them out of the freezer. :D

No thinking used at all
You recon just not use the Hallertauer then.
Use Pearle, First Gold or something else for the last 15mins?
I'm open to suggestions :)

My thinking was that as Perle are a brassier version of Hallertauer it'll swamp the more subtle notes of the 15 minute addition of Hallertauer.
Keep the First Gold and Perle. It could be an interesting combination.

Cheers dude,
I'll forget the last 15 min hops then and stick to full boil and the 80c ones then.
