Golding Looking Strain with pics

1st all grain succesfully bubbling away under the stairs after a day at it yesterday, everything went reasonably well , went with
3kg maris otter
250 grms crystal malt
2oz golding at start of boil
1/2 oz golding 45 minutes in with 1 tsp irish moss
1/2 oz golding 3 minutes from end of boil
used a safale 04
so heres the pics:

The hops all weighed out, all goldings hence the name

Things i'll do diffrent next time, bil more water, up the grain bill and get a hop strainer as i suspect by the time its settled i'll only get about 15ltrs anyway OG 1035 so pretty happy

I actually sit at work on my lunchbreak knocking up recipes in BeerTools. Today, i made a weissbier.

Been away all week but when i got back today i checked my gravitys, we are now at 1005 so thats pretty good, will check again tomorrow and if its the same im gonna bottle it tommorow evening, so more pics :D the other benefit to tetsting the gravits was i got to taste it, i can only say, wow, i now believe what people were saying about all grain tasting better than any kit ive made, really really pleased
