Boiling away as we speak - done the 2hr mash and sparge basing it on flytact's Spitfire recipe (which looks a lot like the one in clone brews  )

Pale (MO) 3.6kg
Wheat Malt 191g
Crystal 384g
Amber 239g
Torrefied Wheat 384g

Mashed at 67C for 2hrs

Target (9% 2006 crop) - 30g (90min)

and goona have:
EKG (5.5%) 28g - 15min
EKG 14g - 1min

and then cool and pitching Windsor for a change - first try with that 8) and may even have a go at dry hopping this towards the end of the ferment

Am also gonna attempt to bottle up the Pride

Right - that's all sorted then - 22L @ 1046 in the FV. Runoff not quite as clear as normal, but less hops used than normal due to the relatively high AA of the Target.

Didn't get round to bottling the Pride. I had a wee taste and I'm not sure what the hell is going on with it  - but sod it - bottle it and drink it when desperate and hope it matures a lot... Bottling duty tomorrow before I go to cricket - the bottles are sterilised and sealed with clingfilm so shouldn't take long.

Off to bed!
