Love it when a brew comes together with no problems, no spills, or excesive mess etc. All targets met. Even the dreaded clean up seemed to go quick. God how I love brewing :D :D :D

Graham Wheeler`s Mcmullen Country Best Bitter.
3450 pale malt.
130 crystal malt,
345 flaked maize.
390 sugar,
63 progress.
White labs London yeast WLP 013.
Brewed this one several times before, like it a lot.

Just went into the garage/brewer and even 5 hours after finnishing theres a lovely sweet malt smell.
