Reading the posts, it seems like there is a lot of brewing going on this Bank Holiday!

Thats as far as I've got - 12 minutes to go on the Mash, Sparge water sitting at 82c.

Looking good so far, E. Nice mash temperature.

Seems like this is a Brewing Bank Holiday!
