As an update of this beer...

I've since added around 40g of Target hops as it was a bit too bitter for my tastes, I still crave those high AA of my Aurora IPA's

Anyway, a day later (today), I thought I'd have a taste and although it's still very bitter it now has a slight floral edge to it. Then I remembered something I'd forgot...

Maple Syrup!

I tried a drop in a small glass and straight away it knocked the bitterness on the head leaving lovely hoppy taste - still in the foreground, but less pronounced.

So, off with the barrel lid and in with ~ 100g of Canadas finest export. After a small amount of aggitation to the barrel I tried another sample and it's bang on. If it wasn't a little bit cloudy I would be drinking it now - it's that nice!

So, see if I can wait four weeks for it to mature (doubt it)

I've still got the clips to sort out (no, I haven't forgot) I had a look for them today and can't seem to find them so I'm hoping I haven't lost them to the ether, but that's another story :out
