No pics as its just a plain brew.

30L
OG 1045

5kg Marris Otter.
300g Orange Blossom Honey.

25g Cascade 90 min.
Honey in last 60min.
20g Cascade last 20 min.
5g Irish moss last 20min.
25g Cascade flame off.

Final vol 30L as i ended up adding 8L of treated boiled tap water as the gravity was stupidly high, originally 1067. Only wanting a 4% beer with this one. I know, i should have used about 4kg of MO instead.

Hope all went well MA. I love single variety brews. It gives you a good idea to the particular tastes of hops

MA, if you want a more noticeable honey flavour/aroma, stir in slowly after flame out, that will drive out less of the volatiles in the honey.

Will remember that for next time. But the honey knocked it further up as well.

Bit light on the ole cascade there MA... Not what I would have expected from a man who pulls his own teeth :)

Here's one I did earlier

Blaggers Brew (20litres)

Cascade hops 10g (60min) 6 IBU
Cascade hops 70g (15min) 24 IBU
Cascade hops 30g (steep 30mins)

I think you've tasted it
