Recent bbq has left stocks a bit low so this is next up and using all the home grown Bramling X I picked last weekend.
The hops have dried to about 1/4 of the original weight so i'm hoping the aroma and flavours will add the required character.

I bet that adds a nice feeling (as well as flavour), your own hops. I planted some this year, but the poor thing go eaten alive by the slugs and never recovered

Hope it goes well...

Fermentation was slow but steady.
2 weeks later it eventually got down to 1.010 as planned.
Two cornies and 18 pint bottles.

Filling the cornies.
I apply about 2/3 psi of CO2 to the sealed fermenter and the beer is drawn off by a float system into the flushed cornie.

And the bottle label.
