If not, in the wee hours of tomorrow morning then.
4kg Pale malt
500g crystal
30g Bodacea 7.8 AA at 60
15g Bodacea at 15
15g Bodacea at 1
60 min boil, 90 min mash.
Nottingham, or Winsor yeast, not sure yet what I got.
1040 OG with 23 L, I'm hopeful of 70% efficiency
What do you think?

If I was using 500gms of Crystal I'd use Nottingham, as Windsor usually produces a sweeter palate and the crystal will leave quite a bit of sweetness anyway. Maybe mashing at 63-64C to get adryer finish from the pale malt.
But should be a nice beer whatever yeast You use.

Ok, so I only managed to flood half the kitchen
Apart from that it all seemed to go smoothly.
I got 32L of 1024 wort at 55 degrees. I calculated this to 1033 at 20, ish. Is this right? If so that gives me, I think a mass efficiency of 79%
After boiling I got 23.6L at 1043, 76% brewhouse.
Had a taste of the wort post boil. Strong sweet and bitter tones that will hopefully meld together nicely after fermentation.
Yeast is Nottingham.
IBU apparently 32.3, i think.
My 1st brew took about an hour to run off, but for some reason this was quick as quick. Only the recipe was different.
Now all i gotta do is clean the ceiling
