Excellent day today. Starting gravity 1.055. This beer will have tons of hop flavor. I did a sixty minute boil with hop additions beginning at 30 minutes. Amarillo and Centennial used at 30, 20, 15, 10, and 5.

Here's the recipe considering 60% mash efficiency.

4535g 2 row
453g Munich Malt
272g 120L crystal
226g special roast
113g carapils

60 minute boil with hops starting at 30
.226kg Amarillo @ 30 min
.226kg Amarillo @ 20 min
.226kg Centennial @ 15 min
.226kg Amarillo @ 10 min
.226kg Amarillo @ 5 min
.226kg Centennial @ 5 min
IBU's-45-50
Yeast: Safale-05
