AG#8 Hobgoblin

Making a Hobgobllin (recipe copied from a thread) to see if there is a difference as i made this as an extract. Or i would have liked to have done a pepsi challenge with this but already ive cocked it up with the hoppage.
I should be using carapils but have none. What difference does it make in a brew? Is it noticeable if not there?
Added some terrified wheat for head retention even though it isn't in the recipe i copied.
Ive upped the amount of hops as im only doing a 60 min boil. I promised SWO's i wouldn't brew, as she cleaned the kitchen this morning. So i'm on a time limit. She'll smell the hops throughout the house but i'll deny all knowledge about it.
Thought i had some Progress hops but it turned out to be Northdown. Dunno how i confused the 2. So lobbed extra Fuggles in.

4.1kg Marris otter
150g Crystal malt
60g Chocolate malt
65g Black malt
250g Terrified wheat

Full boil
25g Fuggles
25g Stryian goldings

Last 20
25g Fuggles
***27g Goldings*** Put wrong type of golding in. Will i notice a difference? End of a bag didn't notice till it was in bowl with fuggles
3g Styrian goldings
5g Irish moss

Flame off
20g Styrian goldings.

S-o4 yeast. Although unsure whether to Windsor with this. Any recommendations?

WEll seeing as so many people put there hands up i went for the usual of S-04 and i was sussed straight away as i hadnt put away my paddle & hydrometer.
