Spot on garth.
My homemade hop strainer, made from two stainless splatters guards (defo stainless ie non magnetic) from marksys worked an absolute treat, ran off like a race horse taking a piss and clear as a bell to boot

Traditional IPA's had one big Hop addition at the start of the boil, and may have been dry hopped in cask (infrequently) . . . . Of course the hops
may have been better quality than todays so we can compensate by using flavour/ aroma additions . . . Not traditional though more US in style

Hi delboy
Did the salt additions have a noticeable effect?

Hard to say OB, i've nothing to really compare it with to know if the salts helped, all i know is it a nice pint so if im doing it again i'll be sticking with the same water treatment.
