Thinking of a Scottish Ale this time and a Caledonia 80 clone, or there abouts. Have loads of bottles to fill so thought I best get this on the go. Wonder if any of it will last till xmas? My first all grain is almost finished! ;)

Not sure how close it'll be and I probably wont have time to boil some of the wort down to provide the fire brewed taste, but looking forward to this one a lot.

Got the feedback from my father-in-law about my first All Grain and he was well impressed!!! First thing he noticed was there wasn't a "kit" taste.
