Woke up early this morning so got to work on a brew, its the first time i`ve brewed one of my own recipes,
the brew went well i had it in the FV and yeast pitched about 12.30pm.
My brew was as follows.

4Kg Lager Malt
30g Saaz 90mins
20g Goldings 60mins
10g Goldings 15mins
5g Irish Moss 20mins
Safale S04

OG 1050
Which i`m unsure about as that means near perfect efficency, but i checked it 3 times and the reading @ 20C was 1050 on the nail,
i brewed it to end up at around 1040 ish, i suspect that the 1050 cant be right ?
