Kept the gravity down a touch to 1.050.
25L,90 min mash @67C,90 min boil.
4.88 kg Maris Otter
0.29 kg Torrified Wheat
0.18 kg Crystal Malt
0.18 kg Choc Malt
32 gm Progress 90 mins
22 gm Challenger 90 mins
18 gm Goldings 15 mins
Protaflac 15 mins
Probably dry hop with 28 gm Goldings
Windsor yeast
Water treatment Cam tab,D.L.S.& Gypsum
1.050 target spot on.
Had a peep early this morning nice krausen there, so its looking good.
