Hi all brewed this to day another party-gyle beer but with the efficiency set to 50 %

I was crawling out of the FV for the first few days, has settled back down and I roused it last night to try and keep the yeast active . I intend to give it another few weeks in the primary and then secondary for a month or so before bottling

Racked it to secondary last night and its down to 1.018 :shock:, nice but quite strong so I can see this ine getting a bit of aging

Are you sure you haven't been overdoing the samples already? :lol: :lol:

Good job! How much do you reckon you lost to the hops in the end? (I used a similar amount recently and the hops soaked up a load of wort - maybe 3 litres or so :( )

I would estimate I lost a good 5 liters or so

kegged this last night, F.G. 1.018 around 10.3%, very malty looking forward to seeing how this ages :D
