Brew looks good hope it tastes good as well.
Yup I was in their on Saturday LHB that is poor folks looked really bored shop was empty when I walked in. A few other people came and went had a quick chat with the boss about gas brewing and equipment he seems to have a thing about taps on boilers and how the new brupacks boilers have this new £70 tap on them that is the bees knees...... I ask you £70 for a tap thats extortionate.

SWMBO has just pitched in with a name suggestion - "Well she was just 17" (you know what I mean).
Wants to know if she can become Jim's official subs-bench AG namer?
Brew recipe looks good - keep us informed?

Final volume was 27L. Think my new mash manifold has helped. Must have been a lot of dead space in the tun before.
Put 22L in FV as lager & filled a DJ (

to the neck

gonna be messy

) & used a small amount of my Wyeast Thames 1275 in that.
I added 250g of gollden syrup to the wort at the end of the boil also.
OG was 1049.
