brewing day help?

Hi,if there any kind soles out there who are having a brewing day and dont mind a compleat novice watching then let me know, i'm in west yorks but can travel, if you can and like game{ as to eat } or smoked venison or salmon as payment then you know where i am, i've just done my first mash and fingers crossed it might be ok
