Interesting beer. Has almost a lager quality to it. Crisp and very clean. 28g of Cascade at 60 minutes, and 28g of Cascade at 30, that's it.
As far as the grist goes, it has a mish mash of stuff in it. I'd like to have this on tap at all times in case I need to ween someone off shit lager. I think this would work.

I'll also add that this beer was brewed on the 9th of January, so it's just a tad over 2 weeks old. It tastes wonderful, and I can't imagine it tasting any better than it does now. All you excessive agers, eat your hearts out!!

An fine looking pint, Whorst, I too am drinking a green pint at the moment, a tad on the bitter side but the overall hoppyness counters it well.

That makes three of us.....I'm sipping a pint of 11 day old Celtic Stout and it's really rather nice despite needing more time to carbonate. Now I need to put it back for another two weeks or so and not touch it....

Maybe you island folk are more sensitive to hops? I find that when it drops bright, it's delicious. Now granted, I don't brew a lot of high gravity beers. So aging something that's 1.060+ might be a good idea.
