Got my third brew of the year done yesterday,(bitter and turbo cider were the first 2).

My 2.5 gallon stout was,

2kg optic
60g choclate
25g black
100g flaked wheat
30g northern brewer (for 1 hr)
10g fuggles(last 15).
safale yeast
mashed at 67.

looking forward to tasting this asap!

Just supping this one now.
very pleased with the flavour and a nice bitter finish.
It turned out more like a dark bitter than a stout but thats ok!
I will just up the black a bit more next time.
