Recipe from the forum based on the Fuller's London Porter, scaled to 60l.

Day before the brew session started with prepping the yeast starter and making my own Brown Malt. I had recently made a huge 200kg+ malt purchase and decided to make 1.8kg of Brown malt from my MO rather than pay 4 times the amount at the LHBS.

Wife took the camera and took this picture from an upstairs bedroom. At this point I thought I had misplaced the camera outside and in deep trouble.
That's me at the bottom.

Racking the beer into a secondary to make room for the next batch of beer.
Yesterday (Feb 5th) was told that we are having people for dinner and the cupboards are dry so I racked the porter into a corny and gave it the old shake, rattle and roll force carbonation. Should be ready fro tonight.
Color is a dark brown and the taste is fantastic. Malty and roasty with a touch of chocolate.
