Amarillo Pale

First time using local tap water, first time using Nottingham. I treated the tap water with some gypsum and lactic acid. Wort tasted delicious.

9lbs. Pale Malt
.5lbs. 15L Crystal
.5lbs. Carapils
.25lbs. Special Roast
2oz. Chocolate Malt
.75oz Amarillo 8% First Wort Hopped
.25oz. Amarillo @ 30 min.
.50oz. Amarillo @ 5 min.
.25oz. Amarillo steeped in cool wort
Nottingham rehydrated @ 89F. Cooled down to 70F. by adding small amounts of cool wort.
Pitched at 70F.
