AG#5 Ruby, ruby, ruby, ruby

oooo oooo ooooooo. Ahem, well I have an empty keg which means it's time to brew again, hopefully I remember everything as the last time I brewed was back in November. So here's today's recipe

23L Batch

4500.00 gm Maris Otter Grain 74.38 %
500.00 gm Crystal Malt Grain 8.26 %
400.00 gm Barley, Flaked Grain 6.61 %
300.00 gm Amber Malt Grain 4.96 %
250.00 gm Wheat Malt Grain 4.13 %
100.00 gm Roasted Barley Grain 1.65 %

30.00 gm Fuggles [4.80 %] (90 min) Hops 15.4 IBU
40.00 gm Bramling Cross [5.50 %] (90 min) Hops 23.6 IBU

10.00gm Fuggles[4.80%] 15 min from end of boil
10.00gm Bramling Cross[5.50%] 15 min from end of boil

Estimated OG 1061, IBU 44

Love the name of this brew :lol: v.good, im going to be pinching that along with the name for a goldings and fuggle hopped beer 'Guggle beer' (apologies in advance :oops: :D )

Ok done! :) Went very well acheived my target 23L, only got to an OG of 1056 though so not sure what happened there. Actually the wort was @ about 25C when I measured so where's that conversion chart thing.

Edit: Ok that takes it up to 1058 apparently, perhaps beer smiths calcs were wrong I've never been that far off before

Only have one picture I'm afraid as I was lazy. Picture of the worts gravity being measured to follow, it's a very nice colour.
