Using up stocks Brewday 21st Feb

322g Crystal Malt (7.88%)
318g Lager Malt (7.78%)
152g Torrified Wheat (3.72%)
144g Chocolate Malt (3.52%)
150g Dark Muscovado Sugar (3.67)

57g Fuggles (90 Mins)
21g Goldings (90 mins)
20g Hallertau (90 mins)

30g Hallertau (Steep)
14g Fuggles (Steep)
Nottingham yeast

As most of my brews so far have tended to lean towards maltiness I decided to put what I had left into this. It turned out at 40 IBU with an OG of 1048. Beersmith estimated 1041 and I didnt undercollect, once again I'll have to tinker with the BE figures.
