English Pale Ale Result

Went from 1.057 to 1.013, that's 76% attenuation and pretty close to 6% abv. Lovely, rich, malt flavor. I can taste a slight cidery, or maybe tart flavor. That may be from the brown sugar. I'm going to give it 4-6 weeks in the keg. This one I don't see drinking young. I can also see it rattling your head pretty good. Maybe I should cut it with water and add a lemon wedge?

That's a heckuva pale ale! I reckon your 4-6 weeks will perfect but it's sure going to knock your guests on their backs if they glug that one in the sunshine :)
