FIRST EVER LIFETIME BREW

Hi here is the reward: BREW no 000001.
Youngs Brewbudy Larger: no additions. Tastes like a EURO larger, very cold through MAXI 10, BUT I 'll drink it allright!
Thanks for the 6 or so answered questions, and as importantly: 24h access to the mthods section whcih I used to: fix a stuck ferment (yeast rouse and yeast addition - same as Youngs packet) and double chek several conflicting things I had read. Got a 29L Steel Boiler (BUFFALO 3K) which I am just making a copper Hopr stainer for as we speak.
Fremented a week, was patient for OG to get to 1006, 2nd ferment after racking for a week, then lagered on a stone floor I built in brick shed for a month, today is day 30. Went to see NORM the cornie king last sat, and he set me up with: NEW, CO2 bottle, Co2 Reg, Qucik Cornie dispense tap and refirbished Cornie with all pipes and fittings AND a MAxi Cool 10 for £150, thanks NORM it all works. Got Kroneburg Tap of E..Y dismatled it, paniked when there was no 'HEAD' just an hour ago and then realised this provides HEAD (stop it Matron!!!) from the thumb press switch, (flat beer comes out of tap ???).
NOW have to get through two extracts and two altered kits in budget barrles no 2,3,4, and 5. will sell off an replace 2 with cornies!! FULL MASH a month or so away I THINK!
