No but dropping one of the kegs in the shed at 5:30 in the morning creates quite a bit of noise :oops:

Great video! liking this new thing with all the brewday posts getting videos now as well as pics. Shame we diddn't get to see the run off though :(

Its been a while since I have seen a brewday post from you so was great to see the brewery in action again.

Excellent video! Question: do you ever get issues with insects etc., dropping into your wort as you cool it, what with doing the process uncovered outside?

I haven't yet . . . That I've seen :lol:

I kegged the beer on Friday night, and bottled a mini corni today . . .I've also tested the suitability of the beer as a lawnmower beer and it is excellent malt and bitterness in balance

Looks very nice. 8) I was referring more to infections etc., but it sounds like they're not an issue either. :lol:

I have had to work in similar conditions until our new 25K extension provided me with a new brewhouse ( for some reason the wife calls it a utility room ) and the insects fly around but don't seem to want to dive in. But don't leave any wort outside overnight to cool .I once did and the bloody snails came from miles around. Apparently they love the sweet wort. Can't fault them for that!
