I threw together a quick batch when i got onshore last week, a boosted(Hops & fermentables) version of my MK1 Belgian Pale Ale. This is the 3rd time around for this yeast batch and its showing no signs of slowing down even after a month in the fridge in a Robinsons orange juice bottle! Had to use a blow off tube on day 2 of fermentation but all calmed dow now and looking/smelling as it should.

Only a few photos as i was doing other things around the brew. Biggest result for me is keeping a single yeast going for 3 batches

Batch Size: 5.50 gal
