Planning this one for tomorrow - using up some open hops and grain.
I'll also be trying out a bodge-job false bottom coolbox mashtun for the 1st time - hope it works...

Worst brewday I've ever had. Took about 9 hours to finish... A set mash led to me eventually straining ladles of mash through a sieve. Not fun.

Ended up with 15l at 1050 though so could have been worse. It was also one of the clearest worts I've ever achieved (after the cloudiest preboil wort I've ever seen!). Protofloc Power!
