AG#32 Lager with Crystal Hops

Seeing as the wife as to work this morning, thought i`d get up early and get a brew on,
I`m doing a lager based on Horden Hillbillys lager but instead of using Saaz i`m going to
use Crystal instead, not sure what it will taste like but read that Crystal can be used for
lager style beers, so heres the recipe.

3000g Lager Malt
400g Caramalt
400g Flaked Maize
400g Brewing Sugar
35g Crystal AA4.9% @ 60mins
5g Crystal AA4.9% @ 10mins
Protafloc @ 20mins
12g Lager Yeast

Target 23ltrs @ 75% Eff = OG1041
BU:GU 0.46 IBU`s 19.18

Mash started just over half an hour ago.

They sound fine for a lager to me - - -

Used For: Aroma and finishing hops for Lagers
Aroma: Clean, mild, pleasant and slightly spicy
Substitutes: Hallertauer, Mount Liberty
