I don't have any Halcyon, so my version uses all MO with the quantity upped slightly to my standard base amount of 4150gm. Nor do I have any torrefied wheat, but I added some roasted barley and flaked maize instead, and altered the hop variety/quantity to suit what I have available and would be needed to achieve the required IBUs according to my spreadsheet calculator.
So this is what I am using:

EBC = 94
OG = 1048.1
FG = 1012.8
ABV = 4.67
It's currently in mid-boil in my outside bog brewhouse.
