The wife and bin men hate me!

I have just made a large mess, then dumped the hoppy leftovers in the wheel bin!

3kg lager malt (no marries otter left in the shop)
1kg marris otter (the last one!)
100 torriffied wheat
80g crystal malt

35g challenger at 90 mins
cascade 20g at at 15 mins
cascade 20g at 0mins
challenger 8g at 0 mins

Irish moss at 15 mins

Yeast from Jarrow brewery

Fingers crossed

I live in the illustrious Coxlodge. Just near the club.

fingers crossed for this brew - pretty much meade up by what I had left over. I also feel increasingly that yeast shapes the beer so I have high hopes for the good stuff the brewery passed on.
