good evening all!
this is my first post in the brew days, and it's my last brew for a while, so it's a bit big to use up a load of hops.
basically an American IPA, which is pretty evident from the hop schedule and choice.

5.100 kg of UK Pale Ale Malt
0.500 kg of UK Wheat Malt
0.275 kg of UK Medium Crystal
0.125 kg of Belgian Special B

22 g of US Cascade in mash
25 g of Slovenian Styrian Goldings first wort hopped
14 g of US Amarillo (45 Min From End)
7 g of US Cascade (45 Min From End)
22 g of UK Golding (30 Min From End)
20 g of US Cascade (20 Min From End)
15 g of US Centennial (10 Min From End)
20 g of US Amarillo (5 Min From End)
20 g of US Cascade (flame out)

20 g of US Centennial
20 g of US Cascade
both to be added to the fermenter after 5-6 days.

22L postboil, OG1059
20L transferred to FV

pitched a slurry of WLP001 from a batch bottled last night,
pics to follow next,

having trouble with the pics, how do you put them up without the silly boxes around them?

finally, it can join the rest of the flock.
do you ever wonder if brewing has taken over your life?

That sounds like it's going to be great - definitely a hop bomb!
