Did this last night - didn't get finished until 1:30am - it had better be good

Brewlength: 19 litres
Brewhouse Efficiency: 70%
Target OG: 1043

Mash (90mins)

Maris Otter 3200g
Crystal Malt 300g
Pale Chocolate Malt 250g
Wheat Malt 100g

Hops
East Kent Goldings 5.8% 10g 90mins 8.24 IBUs
Challenger 8% 7g 90mins 7.96IBUs
Northdown 8% 7g 90mins 7.96 IBUs
Fuggles 4.1% 20g 15mins 5.18 IBUs
Fuggles 4.1% 10g 8mins 1.08 IBUs

Total IBUs: 30.42
BU:GU Ratio: 0.71

Ended up with 19 litres @ 1044 and got to use my new shiney boiler for the first time :D Having two elements cut about half an hour off the process.

Down to 1014 this morning and loads of tasty chocolate malt flavour starting to come through - beginning to taste the fuggles too. Unfortunately I smashed my hydrometer on the kitchen floor after taking the reading so I'll probably never know what the FG is
