Summer Ale

Brewed this up yesterday. 50/50 Maris Otter, Belgian Pils. Hopped with Amarillo and Magnum. Fermented with White Labs, Premium Bitter strain.
Starting gravity was 1.048. I am looking forward to pounding pints of this soon.

Does sound rather nice, im planning on a nice pale ale using amarillo tomorrow if i can be arsed, if not Friday

Make Thursday a brew day you can then use friday to clean up ready for Saturday evening, thats what im up to.
