ImageImage[/img]the mash manifold with strike heat water added.ImageImage[/img]doughing inImageImage[/img]mash tempImageImage[/img]end of mash temp. not bad increased .1 to tempImageImage[/img]the boilImageImage[/img]a bit cramped in the breweryImageImage[/img]adding the wort chillerImageImage[/img]chilling the wortImageImage[/img]saving waterImageImage[/img]looking good at 32degrees cImageImage[/img]waiting for the yeast and looking more like TOP than the last oneImageImage[/img]A pic of the cold break and trubImageImage[/img]the yeast taking hold, will post more pics of the yeast and fermentation

Theakstons Old Peculier drank it 20 years ago in masham and loved it ever since
