Hey guys.

Moved into a new house a few weeks ago and finally got organised to do a brew. I have a garage now and have been relegated there from the house by the boss so I have tried to set up a makeshift brewery on top of an old kitchen unit. So without further ado, let me introduce.....!!

The day went went well (minus a stuck mash, as always) and hit my target spot on. Started at 9 and all cleaned up by 3.30 I have made a very similar beer to this before, and it was excellent. Recipe is my own design, can anybody see any nice improvements I could try for the next time??

Mash for 90 mins at 66C:
4Kg MO
250g Wheat Malt

Boil for 90 mins:
25g Pearle (6.9% AA) for 90 mins
20g Cascade (7.1% AA) for 15 mins
15g First Gold (8.2% AA) for 15 mins
20g First Gold (8.2% AA) 80C steep for 20 mins

Yeast was S04

OG: 1.045, IBU: 35

Anyway, some pics of the day:

Yeah, made the IC myself. There was a thread somewhere on here showing what fittings and whatnot to get, way back when I first started. It works perfectly, I can get down to pitching temp in 25 mins at this time of year, 15 mins in the winter.
