i went with a bit of a variation on Jennings Cocker Hoop, as i was using some stuff up
this is what i ended up brewing.
3500g Maris Otter Pale Malt
1000g Maris Otter Lager Malt
470g Wheat
23g Roasted Barley
45g Boddicea @ 60 mins AA 5.6% (26.3 IBU)
24g Styrian @ 30 mins AA 3.7 % (7.34 IBU)
21g Styrian @ 5 mins AA 3.7% (1.69 IBU)
Protafloc @ 20 mins
Yeast Safale S04 11g
Just finished 30 mins ago, I`m knackered and having a TTL i made on the 28/03/09
and its beautiful
