It smelt amazing, really looking forward to one of these puppies.

Currently bubbling away at 19 Deg and some scum has made it down the hose into my blow off trap!

I'll be doing that as soon as my Malt and Hops arrive from Hop and Grape.

What sort of IBU's are you looking at there?

I was going to reduce my Cascade to 40 grams so as to get closer to 40 and not 50 IBUs.

I got my ingredients from H&G this time too.

IBU was 39.5

Good stuff.
