aint brewed for a couple of weeks but better keep my hand in as the micro will be on line soon
thought id do my favourite, the ipa
ill tell you of all the disasters later.........

1.5kg of lager
mash for 90 @66(strike @73)
90 min boil
28 g cascade@90
28 g centennial@90
14g cascade@20
14g centennial@20
28g cascade@10
28g centennial@10
2tsp irish moss@10
60g centennial @steep for 1hr
just whacked it through the plate chiller and into the fermenter..........
og 1072.........might take a while to brew out.......
just enjoying a varient of it now but with 250 g of 135l crystal in it as well. gave it a little more malt but it aint as hoppy.....
