Today i`m brewing my standard lager (Based on Horden Hillbillys recipe)
but with an Elderflower addition, the reson being is that i recently brewed an
ale with all Styrian and Elderflower and the wife loves it so i thought i`d put some
in her lager to see how it turns out,

The Recipe Today is:

3000g Lager Malt
400g Flaked Maize
400g Caramalt
400g Cane Sugar
35g Crystal @ 60 mins AA 4.9%
5g Crystal @ 10 mins AA 4.9%
25g Elderflower @ 15mins
Protafloc Tab @ 20 mins
Youngs Lager Yeast

Mash already underway, about half an in i`d say.

That doesn't seem like a lot of elderflower. I thought you'd need a carrier bag of the stuff!
