4.6kg Pale malt
0.2kg Torrified Wheat
0.15kg Crystal malt
0.1kg Amber malt
35gm Challenger Hops (90min)
35gm East Kent Goldings (90min)
10gm Fuggles (10min)
5gm Progress (10min)

90 min Boil

Fullers Yeast cultivated from a bottle of 1845

Looks like a good strong, pretty bitter bitter; hope it all went OK.
What's the profile of Progress hops - can't recall seeing them used much?

They get used in a Black Sheep Ale, which has all the same hops in as Zatoichi's brew So should be pretty nice
