Currently brewing this little baby :D just about to take the first runnings!

Mellow Yellow

Batch size 23ltr

90min mash at 66 c

4.6kg Pale malt
0.2kg Torrified Wheat
0.15kg Crystal malt
0.1kg Amber malt
35gm Challenger Hops (90min)
35gm East Kent Goldings (90min)
10gm Fuggles (10min)
5gm Progress (10min)

90 min Boil

Fullers Yeast cultivated from a bottle of 1845

Constructive criticism is most welcome as I'm relatively new to this!

Looks like a good strong, pretty bitter bitter; hope it all went OK.
What's the profile of Progress hops - can't recall seeing them used much?

They get used in a Black Sheep Ale, which has all the same hops in as Zatoichi's brew :) So should be pretty nice :)

Shows you what I know about anything! Ought to pay more attention when drinking the stuff - I just know what I like without getting to into label reading :?
