
This is also the first attempt to brew in my dedicated brewery (i.e. only partially fitted out outbuilding). The Fying Pig Brewery is best said to be at the end of the runway waiting for clearance

No name for the brew, but its a standard sort of summer bitter with only a touch of Crystal; bittered with Challenger and Goldings as a late hop. The only "try out" is knocking down the Starting Gravity to 1.030 to get a weakish afternoon sesh beer that can be drunk in three to four weeks. IBUs set to 35 or so.
Will post the recipe in that section if anyone wants it...
