SOFA Mark II - What Made Me Do It?

Gawd only knows

Just finished an 'experimental' brew.

SOFA Mark 2
Pale Malt 6000 grams 90.9%
Sugar 300 grams 4.5%
Torrefied Wheat 300 grams 4.5%
Glacier 0 mins 25 grams (20 mins post boil at 80C)
Glacier 15 mins 28 grams
Herkules 90 mins 22 grams
Liberty 60 mins 25 grams
Target Final Volume: 40 Litres
Target: Original Gravity: 1.038
Target: Final Gravity: 1.008
Target: Alcohol Content: 3.9% ABV
Total Liquor: 53.3 Litres
Mash Liquor: 15.8 Litres
Mash Efficiency: 75 % allegedly.....
Bitterness: 37 EBU
Colour: 6 EBC

Actually mashed in with 16 litres, 2 sparges of 14 litres each. Collected about 36 litres of wort, with an OG of 1.054! so added about 10 litres of water.....Still ended with an OG of 1.045. Hope it's drinkable as I have never used these hops before. The AA on the Herkules is a herculean 15.8%. So have pitched in 12g of Safale 05 in about 25 litres and 12g of Safale 04 into the remainder. I'm fermenting the 05 in the fridge at about 19C and the other will have to do or die at ambient. It does actually smell quite good :) :)

Sorry no pics. Will try harder.

Nothing like an experiment :D

Would be interested on a taste report when you pluck up the courage...
