Actually mashed in with 16 litres, 2 sparges of 14 litres each. Collected about 36 litres of wort, with an OG of 1.054! so added about 10 litres of water.....Still ended with an OG of 1.045. Hope it's drinkable as I have never used these hops before. The AA on the Herkules is a herculean 15.8%. So have pitched in 12g of Safale 05 in about 25 litres and 12g of Safale 04 into the remainder. I'm fermenting the 05 in the fridge at about 19C and the other will have to do or die at ambient. It does actually smell quite good
